Give
What you notice and what you give comes back to you.
Notice
What are you grateful for right now? Even something quite small.
Your field is still dark. The first good thing lights the first star.
Pass it on
Who do you wish well right now?
… and a little of it is for you, too.
Want to send it to someone?
What you pass on settles here as a quiet trace — only with you.
Look closer
And when someone is hard for you today: for a moment, see them as the child they once were — curious, unprotected, everything still ahead of them. That child has not vanished; it still lives in the person in front of you. It is exactly where a life has grown narrower than that child would have dreamed that this look has the most power. It changes nothing about what is hard. But it softens the heart — and that does you good first.
You may also lay down a grudge whenever you are ready: not because you have to, and not for the others first — but because it weighs longest on the one who carries it.
Is there someone this would do good for, right now?
Everything stays on your device — your good things and who you think of. Nothing is sent; whatever you pass on, you hand on yourself.
